Looks wonderful!! I’ve always wanted to try lutefisk. I also want to try fermenting fish 🙂 Happy New Year!
I try it every year, but it just never tastes good! A couple friends of mine cured salmon for NYE… it was fantastic! I bet fermenting would be tasty, too.
